YThrive Coaching
Whether you’re new to one of our YMCA of Western Ontario Health, Fitness and Aquatic Centre’s or just simply at a plateau with your current routine, we have the stream for you! Check in with one of the Coaches or Membership Service Representatives to inquire about this complimentary service that’s included in your membership!

• Have some goals that you’re looking to achieve, but not sure where to get started. Let our Coaches work with you in helping get comfortable in our gym setting while also helping create routine. 


YThrive Balance
• Increase your  energy to function better during our everyday activities, while improving muscle tone, and flexibility!
• Decreased risk of diabetes, stroke and heart disease.
• 30, 60 day changes to your program with a whole new routine every 90 days.


YThrive Boost
• Improve your body composition, trim inches, and increase your cardiovascular ability, overall strength, and functional flexibility.

YThrive Flex
• Increase muscular strength and power with a focus on performance gain for your intermediate exerciser.
• 30, 60 day changes to your program with a whole new routine every 90 days.


YThrive Grow
• For children between the ages of 10-12 years old.
• Learn how to use equipment effectively and safely while discussing general etiquette and safety rules.
• This workout was designed to help the 10-12 yr old stay active and build the skills and confidence needed to remain active well into adulthood.
