Group Fitness Programs
Yoga: Techniques focus on postures, breathing and meditation. Participants will gain strength and flexibility, while teaching mind and body relaxation. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat.
Cycle: Cycle your way to health. Cardiovascular workout, guiding you through various levels of intensity. Please bring a towel and water bottle.
Group Power: This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls.
Zumba: A fusion of high energy and motivating music with unique, Latin inspired moves and combos that allows you to dance the hour away! Fun Fun Fun!
Group Active: Group Active gives you all the fitness training you need - cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility - in just one hour. Get stronger, fitter, and healthier with inspiring music, adjustable dumbbells, weight plates, body weight, and simple athletic movements. Activate your life with Group Active.
Group Core: Let’s get HARD CORE! Train like an athlete in 30 action packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, prevent back pain and give you ripped abs! Motivating instructors and music will coach you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, a weight plate, a towel and a platform - all to challenge you like never before. Join us for this fun and informative program designed specifically for beginners and those with physical challenges. Cardio, Resistance, Stretching and Balancing components will be included. The program will be designed to meet the needs and abilities of the participants in a supportive and motivational atmosphere.
