This exercise program provides physical, cognitive, and preventative education to reduce the risk of stroke and improve function in the daily living of stroke patients.
COPD Breathe Right
Fitness for Breath is a respiratory maintenance program designed to help individuals who have chronic lung disease achieve and maintain a healthy, fit lifestyle. The program is not intended to replace rehabilitation, but instead to help maintain an exercise routine.
