Group Power® is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!


Group Centergy

Redefine yourself with Group Centergy. Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of Yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to centre your energy, reduce stress and even smile!  Discover Group Centergy!

Family Bootcamp
Never has getting your sweat on been more fun!  What better way to introduce your kids to fitness then to get in there and join them!  Family bootcamp will teach traditional exercise techniques but mix in some fun and games as well.  All ages are welcome.

Awesome Abs
Whether you’re looking for that flashy six-pack or a new way to strengthen your core, Awesome Abs will improve your stability and strength from the inside out!  Our instructors will guide you through a 30 minute, multi-plane, dynamic workout that will be sure to getting you sweating and leaving you feeling wanting more.

Techniques focus on postures, breathing and meditation. Participants will gain strength and flexibility, while teaching mind and body relaxation.

Intro to TRX
The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. This introductory program gets members who are new to the gym set up for success!

Advanced to TRX
Advance TRX classes will challenge your body in new and exciting ways.  A natural progression from Intro TRX classes, you’ll discover what limits you can push your mind and body to during these one hour, total body workouts.  TRX systems integrate multiple aspects of fitness to guarantee that you see the fastest results!

TRX Stretch
A new concept in mobility, TRX stretch will utilize the TRX Suspension Trainer as an aid to enhance your mobility.  A great add on to any fitness program, our instructors will give you personal attention during this 30 minute class in order to make sure you can get the most out of your individual range of motion!

The Piloxing workouts are a fusion of boxing and standing Pilates principles. The combination of these disciplines as primary exercise components creates a sense of both physical and mental balance.  This dynamic program moves through heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations to sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movement to 'let yourself GO' dance releases, and back around again. Never have you enjoyed sweating so much.


Cycle your way to health. Cardiovascular workout guiding you through various levels of intensity on the bike.  Please bring a towel and a water bottle.

This hybrid class mixes the high-paced, heart-pumping action of a traditional spin class with the clarity and mindfulness of Yoga.  A great combination that keep you fit and mobile at the same time.

For anyone who is interested in increasing bone density, becoming stronger, maintaining quality of life and preventing disease this class will cover your bases.  Participants will be able to have their posture assessed and learn how to maintain correct body positioning to continue to move well.  Nutritional modifications will also be discussed. Participants will be able to check their posture. Take away: Learn about risk assessment for Osteoporosis, tips on how to sit, stand, stretch and work out with proper posture and learn more about the new and first of its kind in Windsor- Osteofitness Program at the New YMCA

Boot Camp
Ready to work hard, look and feel your best? Join our Boot Camp, a class consisting of cardio and weights to assist you in shaping your body! All levels welcome.

Bootcamps on a whole new level!  This class will mix traditional bootcamp style movements with explosive striking exercises that will tighten your core and tone your body.  These classes will be sure to work all your major muscle groups and increase your sense balance, speed and power.  Open to all levels, our instructors will teach you the skills to become a fitter individual!

Zumba is a fusion of high energy and motivating music with unique, Latin inspired moves and combos that allow you to dance the hour away! Fun and easy to do!

Strong by Zumba
In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG by Zumba® instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.

HeartCare is an education and fitness maintenance program for people at risk of or recovering from a cardiovascular incident. We provide weekly check-ins to set goals and track your progress for fitness and nutrition.

FUN-ctional Fitness
In partnership with VON Windsor-Essex, Fun-ctional Fitness class is geared to higher mobility seniors. Class that has 5 different components: warmup, cardio, cool down, strength/resistance, balance/flexibility. FUN is the main component!

Parkinson’s SMART
In partnership with VON Windsor-Essex, Parkinson’s SMART Exercise Program combines aerobic conditioning, functional strengthening, mobility and balance exercises designed to meet the needs of people living with Parkinson’s.

Stroke Rehab SMART
In partnership with VON Windsor-Essex, an integral aspect of stroke rehabilitation, physical activity can greatly enhance movement, balance and coordination while also helping to prevent a future stroke. This exercise program provides physical, cognitive, and preventative education to reduce the risk of stroke and improve function in the daily living of stroke patients.

Active Agers
Join us for this fun and informative program designed specifically for those 50 plus. Cardio, Resistance, Stretching and Balancing components will be included. The program will be designed to meet the needs and abilities of the participants in a supportive and motivational atmosphere

To obtain the best results for any fitness program you need to move well!  Our instructors will teach different techniques each week while attending to personal mobility issues.  Static, dynamic stretching, foam rolling and assisted stretching will all be covered plus much more.  Groove your patterns with these talented coaches!

Mama Fit Boot Camp
A great way to get back into fitness!  This small group training program is geared towards new parents who would like to stay active and know that their child is being taken care of by our talented childminding staff while they work out.  The only group fitness class to include personalized nutrition programs as part of the class, Mama Fit is the fastest way to get you back in the game!  Increasing your energy, improving body composition, meeting new friends, what's not to love. All parents are welcome to this program.
