Adult Aquatics Programs
Aquafit - This class has all the components of a fitness class, including cardio, muscle strengthening and endurance and stretching. This type of Aquafit class is ideal for cross training for fit individuals, but also for beginners who want an energetic exercise routine. Our aquafit classes take place on one side of the pool so both shallow and deep options are available to everyone who participates.
Unique to the Windsor YMCA, FloatFit is a dynamic exercise class that uses paddle-board like mats that float on the water. Participants will bob and move with the boards chalenging their balance and coordination while moving through various exercises. All participants are welcome to try this fun and innovative stream of fitness!
