Y Opportunities is an employment program that assists people with diagnosed or self-identified disabilities to overcome their barriers to employment.Meet Y Opportunities participant, Connor, and his employer, Scott Gillis, owner of Rocky Mountain Chocolate! Connor became a skilled chocolatier under his guidance and mentorship.

I’m Tashar and I’m from India. I’ve been in Canada for almost three years now, working as a customs broker for two years.

Swimmers in London and St. Thomas are participating in YMCA Swim-Able, a swimming lesson with one-on-one support that’s geared to children with disabilities and those who need some extra support.

“Jordan’s Run the Runway” run and walk event is inspired by Jordan Strickland and funds raised support YMCA Camp Queen Elizabeth. Thanks to sponsors, donors and participants… old and new friends, family, and others connected to us and each other through Jordan, who continue to make this event such a success.
