Adult Recreational Programs

Come out for a fun, recreational game of basketball.

Our Martial Arts program is the perfect place for your child to gain confidence in their physical abilities. Martial Arts focus on self-development skills, such as perseverance and hard work. This program will teach your child how to maintain physical fitness and teach them valuable skills that will last a lifetime. Watch as your child tests their physical abilities and grows in mind and body. Program run by Modern Martial Arts.

Open Gym
Open gym is for participation of any activity that does not require equipment set up.

Pickle Ball
Pickle Ball is a combination of tennis, badminton and table tennis, played with a wiffle ball.  The game will appeal to all fitness levels.  Court will be available on specific dates in the afternoon and on Sunday morning.

Personal Training
Having trouble meeting your goals? One-on-one training assists in building realistic goals and developing the techniques to achieve your desired outcomes. 

Kick Start Training One-on-One
Eight forty-five minutes sessions in a two month period working one-on-one with a Personal Trainer. This is your most economical package. Information regarding other session packages with a personal trainer are available through the Health and Wellness Manager (519-631-2418 ext. 231) and the Membership Desk. Let’s talk. 

It’s Better in Groups… 
Body Rock Boot Camp: A team of participants meet with a Personal Trainer on Monday and Wednesday at 7:00pm who will put you through a challenging program. Body composition is assessed. Goals are set. Goals are achieved in this social yet rigorous program.

Make a Plan...
We have a wonderful and diverse roster of Personal Trainers.  Options range from one session to an extended program.  Contact Diane 519-631-2418 ext 231 for more information.
