Having trouble meeting your goals?
One-on-one training assists in building realistic goals and developing the techniques to achieve your desired outcomes.
Kick Start Training One-on-One: Eight forty-five minutes sessions in a two month period
working one-on-one with a Personal Trainer. This is your most economical package.
Information regarding  other session packages with a personal trainer are available through the Health and Wellness Manager  (519-631-2418 ext. 231) and the Membership Desk.  Let’s talk.
It’s Better in Groups…
Body Rock Boot Camp: A team of participants meet with a Personal Trainer on Monday and Wednesday at 7:00pm who will put you through a challenging program. Body composition is assessed. Goals are set. Goals are achieved in this social yet rigorous program.
