Personal Training
Having trouble meeting your goals?
One-on-one training assists in building realistic goals and developing the techniques to achieve your desired outcomes.
Kick Start Training One-on-One: Eight forty-five minutes sessions in a two month period
working one-on-one with a Personal Trainer. This is your most economical package.
Information regarding  other session packages with a personal trainer are available through the Health and Wellness Manager  (519-631-2418 ext. 231) and the Membership Desk.  Let’s talk.

It’s Better in Groups…

"Weekend Extreme Boot Camp:
An early morning weekend session supported by two personal trainers. Participants are challenged and supported through a variety of different training experiences.  All fitness levels are encouraged to attend.  Register at Membership.

Stroller Boot Camp
Free to members every Tues from 9:30-11:00 am in the gym.  A variety of strength and cardio exercises for Mom using the stroller and your baby.  A paid program for non members.
