Personal Training can benefit anyone from a beginner exerciser, to an athlete looking to enhance performance.  Get started today!  A variety of packages are available.

It’s Better in Groups…

"Weekend Extreme Boot Camp:
An early morning weekend session supported by two personal trainers. Participants are challenged and supported through a variety of different training experiences.  All fitness levels are encouraged to attend.  Register at Membership.

Stroller Boot Camp
Free to members every Tues from 9:30-11:00 am in the gym.  A variety of strength and cardio exercises for Mom using the stroller and your baby.  A paid program for non members.

 

Nutrition Bootcamp: 
(April 8-May27)
An 8 week program where participants learn a variety of tools to help you make smart choices when planning menus.  The personal trainer will guide you through meal planning, label reading as well as working through the myths and realities of good food preparation.
