Active Living
Join us for this fun and informative program designed specifically for beginners and those with physical challenges. Cardio, Resistance, Stretching and Balancing components will be included. The program will be designed to meet the needs and abilities of the participants in a supportive and motivational atmosphere.

Body Blend
A class designed for all fitness levels, offering a blend of cardiovascular work and muscle conditioning.  Includes various levels of aerobic exercise followed by a focus on main muscle groups using a variety of conditioning equipment.

Boot Camp
Ready to work hard, look and feel your best?  Join our Boot Camp, a class consisting of cardio and weights to assist you in shaping your body! All levels welcome.

Circuit Training
Cardiovascular and resistance exercises in a station-to-station format.  A great total body workout.

Core Conditioning Training
A class designed to target the core area.  Increases strength, stability and balance using a variety of exercises.

Dance Fit
Dance Fit is a fusion of high energy and motivating music with unique, Latin inspired moves and combos that allow you to dance the hour away!  Fun and easy to do!

Glencoe Fitness Class*
This class is an excellent total body workout!

Group Cycling
Cycle your way to health.  Cardiovascular workout guiding you through various levels of intensity on the bike.  Please bring a towel and a water bottle.

Touted as one of  the most effective and efficient piece of strength training equipment, Kettle Bell training has shown to  increase strength, power, speed, coordination, as well as core stability.  Small group sizes ensure participants get full instructions, corrections to form and motivation.

Need an energy boost?  Would you like a stronger midsection, better posture, and stress relief?  This program is designed to deliver results with an emphasis on alignment principles and breath techniques to strengthen the midsection effectively, without strain. 

Stretch & Strengthen

A relaxing combination of stretches that will limber and tone your body. A great class for any level. Combination of weight bearing exercises and relaxing stretches.

Suspension Training**
Suspension Trainer is a workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform exercises. By utilizing your own bodyweight, the Suspension Trainer provides performance and functionality exercises.

Hatha Yoga  
Techniques focus on postures, breathing and meditation. Participants will gain strength and flexibility, while teaching mind and body relaxation. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats. Come join us for the class. There's no need to register!


Group Power
Group Power® is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!
Group Active
Activate your life in only 1 hour! Feeling fitter, stronger and more alive has never been more achievable or more enjoyable. Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardiovascular fitness, build your strength and improve balance and flexibility. All in a supportive group environment, with motivating music and caring instructors. Get more out of life - Get Active!

Cycle & Sculpt
Cardio on the bike combined with muscle conditioning makes this class an awesome total body workout suitable for any fitness level.

Get ready for a cardio filled workout set to the beat!  Participants drum there way though an upbeat music filled class, ending with a focus on core conditioning.

Adult Rec Programs
Please remove badminton, basketball, volleyball, ball hockey and football.  Keep Indoor Soccer, Outdoor Soccer and Co-Ed Volleyball.
