Boot Camp
Ready to work hard, look and feel your best? Join our Boot Camp, a class consisting of cardio and weights to assist you in shaping your body! All levels welcome.

Cycle your way to health. Cardiovascular workout guiding you through various levels of intensity on the bike. Please bring a towel and a water bottle.

Cycle & Strength
Enjoy a traditional cycling class with an addition of a brief bout of muscle conditioning peppered in the middle of the class.

Group Active
Activate your life in only 1 hour! Feeling fitter, stronger and more alive has never been more achievable or more enjoyable. Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardiovascular fitness, build your strength and improve balance and flexibility. All in a supportive group environment, with motivating music and caring instructors. Get more out of life - Get Active!


Group Blast
BLAST OFF your workout with 60minutes of cardio training that uses the STEP in highly effective, athletic ways. Group Blast Will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy. HAVE A BLAST!

Group Centergy
Redefine yourself with Group Centergy. Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of Yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to centre your energy, reduce stress and even smile!  Discover Group Centergy!

Group Core
Let's get HARD CORE! Train like an athlete in 30 action packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, prevent back pain and give you ripped abs! Motivating instructors and music will coach you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, a weight plate, a towel and a platform - all to challenge you like never before. Group Fight™

Group Power
Group Power® is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!

Instructors Choice
Holiday Class are Instructors Choice - Come out and join us for a surprise class, great for all levels!

Techniques focus on postures, breathing and meditation. Participants will gain strength and flexibility, while teaching mind and body relaxation. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats. Come join us for the class. There’s no need to register!

Yoga (Gentle)
Is a softer, slow-paced version of our traditional yoga whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this slower but strong practice will leave you feeling more restored.

Turf Time
Meet a Coach on the turf zone for a new workout every week. Functional training.
Specialty Programs (*Registration Required & **Additional Fee)

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. By utilizing your own bodyweight, the TRX Suspension Trainer provides performance and functionality exercises.

Suspension Training - is ideal for individuals that have already learned the fundamentals of TRX suspension training and want to move on to the next level.

**Y Not Shrink it
The YMCA presents a weight shrink challenge. Members work out with an instructor twice per week. The small group setting and variety of exercises allows for great results and hands on motivation. Fun, prizes and much more.

**Y Not Shrink it II
For those who have gone through the Y Not Shrink It program and want to take it to the next level.

Touted as one of  the most effective and efficient piece of strength training equipment, Kettlebell training has shown to  increase strength, power, speed, coordination, as well as core stability.  Small group sizes ensure participants get full instructions, corrections to form and motivation.

*Tai Chi Level 1
An introduction to the Traditional Yang Long Form. Class will focus on the principles of mindfulness, body alignment for balance and stability, proper weight transfer for fluid motion. The first 19 of the 108 moves will be taught. Cost is altered per the number of weeks in the class. 

*Tai Chi Level 2
A progression class after Level 1, challenges your skills and abilities while improving and preparing to further master all components of Tai Chi.  You will progress to 56 moves.

*Line Dancing Level 1 and Level 2
You know the steps, the lingo, love to dance, stay fit and have a great time! Each class begins with a warm up from some golden oldies, and then moves through the reviewing recent dances; then learn a new dance. Program cost and number of classes varies depending on session chosen. 

*Light & Lively
This is a lower intensity work out specifically designed for older adults.  Class will combine functional strength training, balance work and flexibility   

**Spices and Rubs
Make the difference between a masterpiece and just another cookout.  Find out the secret ingredients you can use to add rich, deep flavour to your next barbeque.

**Smoothie Sensation
Learn to make delicious and nutritious smoothies as a meal or snack. Get healthy and try something new. Examples and samples will be made and tried in class.
