Boot Camp
Ready to work hard, look and feel your best? Join our Boot Camp, a class consisting of cardio and weights to assist you in shaping your body! All levels welcome.

Cycling
Cycle your way to health. Cardiovascular workout guiding you through various levels of intensity on the bike. Please bring a towel and a water bottle. 

Cycle Endurance
An intense indoor cycling class structured to prepare participants for road racing and includes intermediate to advanced level drills.
 

Cycle & Strength
Enjoy a traditional cycling class with an addition of a brief bout of muscle conditioning peppered in the middle of the class.

Group Active
Activate your life in only 1 hour! Feeling fitter, stronger and more alive has never been more achievable or more enjoyable. Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardiovascular fitness, build your strength and improve balance and flexibility. All in a supportive group environment, with motivating music and caring instructors. Get more out of life - Get Active!

Group Blast
BLAST OFF your workout with 60minutes of cardio training that uses the STEP in highly effective, athletic ways. Group Blast Will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy. HAVE A BLAST!

Group Centergy
Redefine yourself with Group Centergy. Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of Yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to centre your energy, reduce stress and even smile!  Discover Group Centergy!

Group Core
Let's get HARD CORE! Train like an athlete in 30 action packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, prevent back pain and give you ripped abs! Motivating instructors and music will coach you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, a weight plate, a towel and a platform - all to challenge you like never before. Group Fight™

Group Power

Group Power® is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!

Yoga
Techniques focus on postures, breathing and meditation. Participants will gain strength and flexibility, while teaching mind and body relaxation.

Belly Dancing

Belly dancing is fun and functional.  Improves posture, balance, coordination, core strength and flexibility.

Learn to Run
A progressive learn to run program for fun and fitness. The instructor will provide participants with weekly training schedules.

TRX
The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. By utilizing your own bodyweight, the TRX Suspension Trainer provides performance and functionality exercises.

TRX II - Suspension Training - is ideal for individuals that have already learned the fundamentals of TRX suspension training and want to move on to the next level.

TRX Circuit - Suspension training in a fun curcuit format.

Y Not Shrink it
The YMCA presents a weight shrink challenge. Members work out with an instructor twice per week. The small group setting and variety of exercises allows for great results and hands on motivation. Fun, prizes and much more.

For those who have gone through the Y Not Shrink It program and want to take it to the next level.

Kettlebell
Touted as one of  the most effective and efficient piece of strength training equipment, Kettlebell training has shown to  increase strength, power, speed, coordination, as well as core stability.  Small group sizes ensure participants get full instructions, corrections to form and motivation.

Tai Chi
Free for members. An instructional program that focuses on the ancient art of moving energy.

Line Dancing Level 1 and Level 2
You know the steps, the lingo, love to dance, stay fit and have a great time! Each class begins with a warm up from some golden oldies, and then moves through the reviewing recent dances; then learn a new dance. Program cost and number of classes varies depending on session chosen.  

Light N Lively
This is a lower intensity work out specifically designed for older adults. We will focus on function strength training. All ages welcome.  

Digital Photography
Great images, digital or otherwise, start by capturing a great photo, and great photographs require an understanding of your camera.  Whether you are taking pictures for business or pleasure, this program will help you achieve better results, and more creative pictures.  This program will guide you to create more pleasing photographs by altering view, focus, background, and definition - not about installing batteries and connecting cables.  Participants are responsible for providing their own camera.

Spanish Introductory
Learn the basics of the Spanish language in a program that will emphasize conversation over grammar. Verbal and written exercises will be included.  Topics will include phrases and terminology relevant to travel. 

Watercolour Batik
Is an amazing technique that combines melted wax and watercolours on the paper to create an exciting looking painting. You will learn techniques and create your own work of art.

Walk fit
Join a certified instructor who will lead you through various movements with your arms and legs to get your blood pumping as you walk the perimeter of the gym. 

Line Weaving
Inspired by the Zentangle® method of pattern drawing is an easy to learn, relaxing and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns.  You will learn the steps and have the time to practice your new craft. 

Spices and Rubs
Make the difference between a masterpiece and just another cookout.  Find out the secret ingredients you can use to add rich, deep flavour to your next barbeque. 

Smoothie Sensation
Learn to make delicious and nutritious smoothies as a meal or snack. Get healthy and try something new. Examples and samples will be made and tried in class.
