Group Fitness Programs

Active Agers*
Join us for this  fun and informative program designed specifically for those 50 plus. Cardio, Resistance, Stretching and Balancing components will be included. The program will be designed to meet the needs and abilities of the participants in a supportive and motivational atmosphere.  An educational/discussion  of a variety of topics is a component of the program.

Boot Camp

Ready to work hard, look and feel your best?  Join our Boot Camp, a class consisting of cardio and weights to assist you in shaping your body! All levels welcome.

Core Conditioning
This is a fun and interactive program which will increase the participants' core strength while learning new exercises.

Kettlebell*

Touted as one of the most effective and efficient pieces of strength training equipment, Kettlebell training has shown to increase strength, power, speed, coordination, as well as core stability.  Registration is required.

Group Cycle

Cycle your way to health. Cardiovascular workout guiding you through various levels of intensity on the bike.  Please bring a towel and a water bottle.

Group Fight
Group Fight™ is a gripping hour that burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness! From the boxing ring to the fighting cage, Group Fight combines cutting-edge moves with thrilling music. This electric experience is addictive! FIGHT FOR IT!

Group Power

Group Power is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!

HIIT 
A form of interval training  alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition.  This program will make use of the functional space, using equipment such as: the tire, plyo box, kettlebells, ladders, etc.

Transitions Cycling
Cycling for triathletes and duathletes. Focus is on cycling segment of multi sport events.

Women on Weights*
This course is designed specifically for educating women on resistance training.  Up to date nutrition, fitness information, proper exercise techniques, safety and motivation.  Led by a certified YMCA Fitness Professional.

Adult Music Lessons*
It is never too late to learn new skills! The Adult/Senior Music Group will consist of any persons age 18+ who would like to learn one of the instruments we offer. We will go through proper instrument setup, as well as learning to play in assigned groups. This will be a fun class for jovial bonds and music to be made for anyone wishing to fulfill their musical passions! We accept all levels of musicians (beginner or experienced).

Yoga
Techniques focus on postures, breathing and meditation. Participants will gain strength and flexibility, while teaching mind and body relaxation.  

Zumba

Zumba is a fusion of high energy and motivating music with unique, Latin inspired moves and combos that allow you to dance the hour away! Fun and easy to do!
