What is the Language Skills Program?

Language Skills Program is an English as a second language  program for adult immigrants who are permanent residents and have not yet received Canadian Citizenship. LSP teaches listening, speaking, reading and writing based on the Canadian Language Benchmarks, and is funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

  • Classes are free.
  • Limited free child minding available for parents while attending class.
  • Limited free bus pass available to qualified students.
