LINC (London & Windsor)

What is LINC?

Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) is an English as a second language  program for adult immigrants who are permanent residents and have not yet received Canadian Citizenship. LINC teaches listening, speaking, reading and writing based on the Canadian Language Benchmarks. LINC is funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citzenship Canada.

  • Classes are free.
  • Limited free child minding available for parents while attending class.
  • Limited free bus pass available to qualified students.
