IN PERSON - Complete and drop off your registration at our Camping Services Office located at 165 Elmwood Ave E, London, Ontario N6C 0A8. Drop-offs are processed within one business day.
MAIL - Completed registration forms can be sent to our office by mailing to: YMCA Day Camp, 165 Elmwood Ave E, London, Ontario N6C 0A8. NOTE: Payment information must be included to complete registration.
Registration closes at noon on the Thursday prior to the start of following week of camp.
Extended Payment Options
Our basic extended payment option is available by completing the appropriate section on the registration form or during online registration. If selecting this extended payment plan you will be required to pay the non-refundable deposit of $50/camper/week at time or registration, and a method of payment (VISA, Master Card, EFT) for the remaining payment to be scheduled to. The remaining balance for all July camps will be scheduled for June 1st and the remaining balance of all August camps will be scheduled for July 1st.
Monthly Payment Plan Option
Our monthly extended payment option is available and can be customized to fit your financial needs. Contact our office directly to arrange a monthly payment plan where we can schedule smaller amounts over a longer period of time. NOTE: All fees MUST be paid in full prior to the start of camp. You must register early to qualify for this payment option.

Applying for Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is available for ALL of our Day Camp programs. Visit us in person or contact our Subsidy Administrator at 519.453.8858. All financial information and documentation is kept confidential. In order to hold your campers spot during the financial assistance application process, a $15/Camper/Week deposit is required and will reserve your campers spot for a max of two weeks. City of London Child Care Subsidy is available for up to all nine weeks of Summer Day Camp with the YMCA. To apply submit an application with the City of London and also a completed registration form to the YMCA. Approval can take up to three weeks so register early to ensure it is received in time. For assistance contact our Subsidy Administrator at 519.453.8858. Strong Kids Financial Assistance is available for families who do not qualify for City of London Child Care Subsidy. To apply you must complete our Strong Kids application form, provide proof of household income, complete our registration form submit it along with a $15/camper/week deposit. Campers with Special Needs
If your child requires additional support due to special needs please contact our office directly at 519.453.8858 to discuss their needs and availability of support staff.
All cancellation requests must go directly through the Camping Branch for approval. Cancellation requests must be received at least five (5) business days prior to the start of the affected camp session. Cancellation requests received at least five business days prior to the start of the affected session will receive a refund less the $50 non-refundable deposit. Any refunds requested with less than five business days or after the start of a camp session will require a medical certificate. The YMCA reserves the right to cancel any program where registration numbers are not adequate to run an effective program. Families will be notified at the weekly registration close, options for a refund or transfer to another site will be discussed at that time.
At YMCA day camps safety is of the utmost importance and our goal is to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for every individual, campers and staff alike. Our staff are trained and experienced in providing high quality care for our campers. If a situation arises in which a camper threatens the safety or well-being of another person or themselves, or diminishes the camp experience for others, we will make every effort to correct the behaviour. Parents/guardians will be notified and if the behaviour continues the YMCA reserves the right to remove the camper from camp on a one day suspension. Should the behaviour continue upon the campers return to camp, the YMCA reserves the right to remove the camper for the remainder of the camp session. Should removal be required no refund will be granted.
