It’s also a great option to add to your other workouts.
Touted as one of the most effective and efficient piece of strength training equipment, Kettle Bell training has shown to increase strength, power, speed, coordination, as well as core stability. Small group sizes ensure participants get full instructions, corrections to form and motivation.
BLAST OFF your workout with 60minutes of cardio training that uses the STEP in highly effective, athletic ways. Group Blast Will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy. HAVE A BLAST!
Join us for this registered, fee based program where you can bring your little one and fit your workout in too. This program will run for the full registered session at 2x a week and is designed to give you a FULL workout in an hour, whil emaking connections to other new parents and of course your baby!
Techniques focus on postures, breathing and meditation. Participants will gain strength and flexibility, while teaching mind and body relaxation.

As a group we will learn about many different relaxation techniques and get the chance to try them out. It is a wonderful way to invest in your health and wellness

Reiki Workshop Level I- Self Healing----Multi D: Mondays from 1:00pm-3:00pm
This workshop will run once a week for three weeks.

Reiki is an Ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

***This program is only for individuals who have their Reiki 1 Certification. The two hours are spent sharing information and receiving a Reiki Reattunment. There is limited space (only eight individuals) so registration is required for this open group.
