Boot Camp
Ready to work hard, look and feel your best? Join our Boot Camp, a class consisting of cardio and weights to assist you in shaping your body! All levels welcome.

Spin your way into cardiovascular benefits through this freestyle cycle class. Enjoy instructor selected routines and music while you climb hills, take on jumps, and sprint down the straight away.

Endurance Cycle
Interested in taking a long ride or prepping for a potential triathlon? This is the class for you. Cycle through multiple challenges and brick style workouts designed to take your endurance to the next level.

Group Active
Activate your life in only 1 hour! Feeling fitter,stronger and more alive has never been more achievable or more enjoyable. Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardiovascular fitness, build your strength and improve balance and flexibility. All in a supportive group environment, with motivating music and caring instructors. Get more out of life - Get Active!

Group Core
Group Core strengthens everything from your shoulders to your hips to make you stronger, quicker, and faster in all you do. In addition, strengthening your core can reduce back pain and give you great looking abs! It’s quick, challenging and like nothing else.

Group Fight

Group Fight is for anyone wanting a challenging, athletic, and motivating workout. It’s explosive, electric, and thrilling. MMA moves drive a great cardio experience that also strengthens the entire body. It’s a great way to add variety to your training and improve timing, precision, and focus. Plus it’s a great way to kick stress out of your life!

Group Groove
Group Groove is great for those that might think exercise is a bit too serious and prefer to smile, scream, and sweat their way to getting fitter and healthier. If you always tap your foot or wiggle your hips when you hear music, or if you want your hour of exercise to fly by, well then, Groove is for you!

Group Power

Group Power® is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!

Group Ride
Group Ride is a fantastic way to improve your cardio fitness, burn calories, shape and strengthen your lower body, and have fun while doing it! Since you control the intensity of the workout by adjusting your own bike, it’s a great workout for all ages whether you are just starting out or are an avid cyclist looking to train indoors. It’s also a great option to add to your other workouts.

Group Blast 
BLAST OFF your workout with 60minutes of cardio training that uses the STEP in highly effective, athletic ways. Group Blast Will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy. HAVE A BLAST!

Techniques focus on postures, breathing and meditation. Participants will gain strength and flexibility, while teaching mind and body relaxation. 

Complete a system of exercises with a certified professional using specific equipment. Each workout is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.

Teen Night Yoga
Teen Night Yoga is for our Teen Night participants between the ages of 13-24 yrs...build skills and relationships.

Y Not Shrink It**
Work in a group exercise setting as we tackle our weight loss goals through multiple modalities of training, regular weigh ins, nutritional guidance...etc. Finally, compete to be the participant with the most weight loss, or inches loss and win your very own Personal Training session.

Reiki Reattunment Level 1- Self Healing
Monday May 29, 2017 10am-12pm in Multi D
Monday July 10, 2017 1-3pm in Studio B

This program is only for individuals who have their Reiki 1 Certification. The two hours are spent sharing information and receiving a Reiki Reattunment.
There is limited space (only eight individuals) so registration is required for this group.
