Boot Camp
Ready to work hard, look and feel your best? Join our Boot Camp, a class consisting of cardio and weights to assist you in shaping your body! All levels welcome.

Spin your way into cardiovascular benefits through this freestyle cycle class. Enjoy instructor selected routines and music while you climb hills, take on jumps, and sprint down the straight away.

Endurance Cycle
Interested in taking a long ride or prepping for a potential triathlon? This is the class for you. Cycle through multiple challenges and brick style workouts designed to take your endurance to the next level.

Group Active
Activate your life in only 1 hour! Feeling fitter,stronger and more alive has never been more achievable or more enjoyable. Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardiovascular fitness, build your strength and improve balance and flexibility. All in a supportive group environment, with motivating music and caring instructors. Get more out of life - Get Active!

Group Core
Group Core strengthens everything from your shoulders to your hips to make you stronger, quicker, and faster in all you do. In addition, strengthening your core can reduce back pain and give you great looking abs! It’s quick, challenging and like nothing else.

Group Fight

Group Fight is for anyone wanting a challenging, athletic, and motivating workout. It’s explosive, electric, and thrilling. MMA moves drive a great cardio experience that also strengthens the entire body. It’s a great way to add variety to your training and improve timing, precision, and focus. Plus it’s a great way to kick stress out of your life!

Group Groove
Group Groove is great for those that might think exercise is a bit too serious and prefer to smile, scream, and sweat their way to getting fitter and healthier. If you always tap your foot or wiggle your hips when you hear music, or if you want your hour of exercise to fly by, well then, Groove is for you!

Group Power

Group Power® is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!

Group Blast 
BLAST OFF your workout with 60minutes of cardio training that uses the STEP in highly effective, athletic ways. Group Blast Will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy. HAVE A BLAST!

Freestyle Core
Come join us for a Core workout designed by the instructor that challenges all parts of your lower back and abdominal area. We will work on strength, endurance, and muscular balance within this class.

Y Not Shrink It**
Y Not Shrink It is a program designed to help you get the weight loss goals you have been working towards for years. Meet with like minded individuals for weekly workouts including cardiovascular training, strength training, and felxibility. Nutritional guidance is  a large part of our program. You  will get tips, tricks, and recipes! Work together to reach your goals. 

Techniques focus on postures, breathing and meditation. Participants will gain strength and flexibility, while teaching mind and body relaxation. 

Complete a system of exercises with a certified professional using specific equipment. Each workout is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.

Teen Night Yoga
Teen Night Yoga is for our Teen Night participants between the ages of 13-24 yrs...build skills and relationships.

Y TurfTime
 This 30 minute drop in workout on the turf will give you some exercises you can do right on the turf! Use a wide variety of our equipment to add to your workout, and kick your fitness level up a notch.

Y TurfTime HIIT**
This 1 hr long registered program will take your workout the next level. Use all of our functional equipment in a program that progresses every single week, so you are constantly challenging your body to get results. From Slam balls, trx’s, to landmines…we have it all!
