Aquatic Programs

Adult Swim
Enjoy the congenial atmosphere of the pool with the company of other adults.  Participants must be 18 years of age or older to have access at this time. 

Aquafit
These water based fitness classes are designed as a medium intensity total body workout, providing a balance of cardiovascular and muscular strength components. These classes will meet the needs of a wide spectrum of fitness levels, and is suitable for novices and advanced participants alike.

Deep Water Swim
A recreational swim time designed for those who enjoy deep water.  This swim is held at a depth of 8 feet or greater.  Participants should be comfortable in deep water and have strong swimming skills to participate.  Swim admission policy in effect.

Family Swim
A swim for all family members to attend.   Swim admission policy in effect.

Lane Swim
Increase your fitness while swimming in the pool.  Lanes are designated by slow, moderate, and faster speeds. Continuous swimming in the lanes is encouraged.

Masters Swim Program
This is a competitive program for adults and teens interested in training with others.  Workouts include interval training and drills, as well as stroke correction.  This is an ideal program for both competitive swimmers and triathletes.

Open Swim
Recreational swim time for all ages. Swim admission policy in effect.

Therapy Aquafit
Designed for adults looking for a guided program aimed at increasing range of motion and muscle conditioning.  Stretching and proper body alignment is core components of this class.

Underwater Hockey

Similar to ice hockey, underwater hockey uses a puck and small sticks to score goals.  Players must bring a mask (no snorkel required).

Water Walking

This class is a leisurely paced aquatic class focusing on proper body alignment and uses the water as resistance for cardiovascular and muscular endurance training.

Y Torpedoes
Torpedoes is a youth mentorship program that uses competitive swimming as a conduit to building leadership skills, team work skills, a strong self identity, and develop a healthy attitude toward fitness. It is a chance for swimmers between the ages of 6 and 13yrs to improve their swim skills, while having fun in a non competitive swim team.
