Boot Camp
Circuit Training class consisting of cardio and weights.  Come prepared to work, sweat and reshape your body.

Boxfit
Box fit. Skip, Jumping Jacks, Punch, Swerve, push-up and box your way to fitness. Join this class for a sweaty workout that will include drills straight from the boxing gym. 

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a unique yoga style that adapts yoga positions and poses through creative use of a chair.  The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of the body.  Chair Yoga is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions.

Group Active

Get Active, and get more out of life! Group Active gives you all the fitness training you need – cardio, strength, balance and flexibility – in just one hour. Get stronger, fitter, and healthier with inspiring music, adjustable dumbbells, weight plates, body weight and simple athletic movements. Activate your life with Group Active!

Group Blast
BLAST OFF your workout with 60 minutes of cardio training that uses The STEP® in highly effective, athletic ways. Group Blast® will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy. HAVE A BLAST!

Group Core
Group Core® trains you like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain, and give you ripped abs! Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel, and a platform – all to challenge you like never before. HARD CORE!

Group Cycling
Cycle your way to health. Cardiovascular workout guiding you through various levels of intensity on the bike.  Please bring a towel and a water bottle.

Group Fight
A gripping hour that burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness! From the boxing ring to the fighting cage, Group Fight combines cutting-edge moves with thrilling music. This electric experience is addictive! FIGHT FOR IT! 

Group Power
Group Power® is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!

Kettlebell (registration and fee)
Touted as one of  the most effective and efficient piece of strength training equipment, Kettlebell training has shown to  increase strength, power, speed, coordination, as well as core stability.  Small group sizes ensure participants get full instructions, corrections to form and motivation. 

Active Agers
Get your new year off to a good start!  Join us for this new fun and informative program designed specifically for those 50 plus. Cardio, Resistance, Stretching and Balancing components will be included. The program will be designed to meet the needs and abilities of the participants in a supportive and motivational atmosphere.  

TRX
The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. By utilizing your own bodyweight, the TRX Suspension Trainer provides performance and functionality exercises.

Yoga
Techniques focus on postures, breathing and meditation.  Participants will gain strength and flexibility, while teaching mind and body relaxation.  

Postnatal Boot Camp
All the exercises are specifically designed for post natal women and help towards burning off any unwanted baby fat, along with strengthening those muscles again, so you can cope with the demands of a growing newborn - and that car seat! Phew.  

HIIT*
a form of interval training  alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition.  This program will make use of the functional space, using equipment such as: the tire, plyo box, kettlebells, ladders, etc. 

Qi Gong 
'A new yoga' originating in China. Qi Gong helps to strengthen the mind and body while building muscular strength, endurance and suppleness. Participants will learn how to cultivate and manage Qi energy (vital life force).
